Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If you were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same subscription, please contact rohan@plox.in with proof of the duplicate charge. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount.
If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our end, we will refund the excess amount charged.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
